How Mancub is delivered

Mancub is available as a fully managed service — you focus on your business, we run the platform.

  • Mancub Cloud — anyone can join for free at app.mancub.io. Workspaces are created after a short application review by our staff, because we look after a secure platform and the integrity of the trust circle. Once you're in, our helpful team is there to get you started — up and running with your own booking form in no time.
  • Hosted option (on request) — for representatives of the community who want their own environment, Mancub can be deployed on a dedicated Linux host with Docker. Our team provides the full service around it: maintenance, support, monitoring, and backups — so you get a private deployment without the operational burden.

How customers experience it

The booking journey as a sequence: browse, booking widget, order, payment, supplier coordination, experience delivered, review.

  1. A customer books through the provider's own site via the embedded widget — no account needed.
  2. The order is confirmed, the customer pays securely online, and receives a voucher.
  3. Behind the scenes, the right verified partners are notified and coordinate delivery.
  4. After the service, the customer is invited to leave a review.
