What is Mancub?

Mancub main features¶

Booking engine allows customers to order directly one of several travel services that are then dispatched across independent partners. The order form has all information including availability calendar or room placement if relevant.
Operation management Each event realisation is managed independently, letting each partner state their conditions and availability. Mancub allows smooth event planning, ticket or voucher generation and confirmation communications to the clients. You can also track payments and availability requests and send reminders.
Experience management Travel experiences can be thinly defined through Mancub including schedules, capacity, seasonality, conditions and pricing and all specific information.
Currency management Mancub allows you to switch from one currency to another and set up the conversion and rounding rules that fit you.
Multilingual content Translate all content in the flow, including automatic emails, into any language, directly within the user interface.
Local marketplace Each tenant can have a website listing all offers and allowing direct bookings.
Multi-day and bundling Possibility to build a specific multi-day offer for a client and follow up on all related activities.
Promo codes, dynamic pricing, upselling and cross-selling Possibility to add promo codes, related sales and to adjust pricing related to predefined rules.
Expense management, plus VAT and billing.
Client reviews Possibility to collect client reviews and make them available.
Channel management Connections to Viator and GetYourGuide to manage orders from other channels in the same flow. OCTO compatibility to exchange data from other systems using this standard.
Client, partner, location management A registry for all partners, locations (meeting points, landmarks, etc.), and clients allows easy updates to all related information.
